Squared Breathing
Squared Breathing – this is a controlled breath exercise that brings spiritual will energy through all your chakras into your Basic Center chakra.
***Breathe in to the count of 4, hold the in-breath to the count of 4, breathe out to the count of 4, hold the out-breath to the count of 4.
Repeat this pattern 8 times and work your way up to 20 times per day over the course of several months.
This breathing pattern helps to stimulate your chakras, helps with peaceful sleep, reduces feeling anxious and fear, and increases your will to be and do.


Hong Sau Breathing
Hong Sau – Hong (rhymes with song) Sau (rhymes with saw).
This ancient Sanskrit word helps to:
1) develop concentration needed for meditation,
2) still the mind,
3) calm the breath, and
4) bring you peace and calmness.
Hong Sau means “I AM Spirit.”
Using your normal breath, just think Hong on the in-breath and then think Sau on the out-breath.
